How Power Blackjack works
The base game is standard live blackjack played to a familiar set of rules: the dealer stands on all 17s, blackjack pays 3 to 2, and you can split and take insurance as usual. The signature feature is enhanced doubling. On most two-card totals you can choose a regular double, a Double Double that doubles your already doubled stake, or a Quadruple that takes the bet to four times the original, depending on the total you hold. This lets confident players press a strong hand far harder than a normal table allows. The mechanics and the missing cards
To balance the powerful doubling, Power Blackjack removes every nine and every ten from the shoe. The jacks, queens, kings and aces stay, so ten-value royals remain, but the straight tens and nines are gone. This changes the maths in two ways. It slightly shifts how hands build, since two common cards are absent, and it means doubling on certain totals behaves differently from a standard shoe. The aggressive doubling and the thinned deck are two halves of the same design: the upside of quadrupling is paid for by a deck that is less friendly to the player.

Classic blackjack with good rules can return well over 99 percent with correct play.
