What is Comp Points?
Loyalty points earned from play that convert into rewards, free spins or cash.
Comp points are loyalty points you earn as you wager. The casino gives you a set number of points for every fixed amount you bet, and once you collect enough you can swap them for rewards such as bonus funds, free spins or sometimes withdrawable cash. The name comes from complimentary rewards offered to regular players.
Why it matters: comp points give a small amount of value back on play you were going to make anyway. Over time they can soften losses or top up your balance, and they often feed into a wider loyalty or VIP ladder with better conversion rates at higher tiers.
The catch is that the earn rate is usually low and conversions can come with their own wagering rules. Slots typically earn faster than table games. Read the terms so you know what your points are really worth before you chase a tier.
