iGaming Glossary / Reverse Withdrawal
What is Reverse Withdrawal?
When a casino lets you cancel a pending cashout and return it to your balance. It can quietly encourage more play.
A reverse withdrawal is when a casino lets you take back a cashout that has not been paid out yet and drop it into your playable balance again. On the surface it looks like a flexible feature, since you can change your mind.
In practice it can work against you. Once the money is back in your balance, the urge to keep playing is strong, and winnings you meant to bank can disappear in a few spins. Casinos that allow long reversal windows make this easier to do.
The safer setups either lock requests fast or let you turn reversals off. If you withdraw, treat it as final. See our responsible gambling page for tools that help you keep won money won.
