What is Terms and Conditions?
The rules attached to a casino or a bonus. Reading them prevents most withdrawal disputes.
Terms and conditions are the full set of rules you agree to when you join a casino or claim a promotion. They cover things like wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, which games count, withdrawal limits, time limits and which countries are allowed.
Most withdrawal complaints trace back to a rule the player did not read. A bonus might require 35 times wagering, cap your win at a set amount, or ban high stakes while the bonus is active. None of this is hidden, but it does need checking before you play.
