iGaming Glossary / Aggregator
What is Aggregator?
A company that bundles games from many studios into a single feed, so a casino can offer hundreds of titles from one connection.
An aggregator sits between game studios and the casino. Instead of the casino signing a separate deal and building a separate link with every developer, it connects once to the aggregator and instantly gains access to a large library of slots and table games.
For players this is mostly invisible, but it is the reason a single site can list titles from dozens of providers side by side. It also helps smaller operators launch faster and keep their game lobby fresh without a huge technical team.
When you are weighing up a site, a broad and varied game list is often a sign of a well connected aggregator behind the scenes. See how to choose an online casino for what else to check.
