What is Deposit Limit?

A responsible-gambling tool that caps how much you can deposit per day, week or month.

A deposit limit is a cap you set on how much money you can pay into your casino account over a chosen period, usually daily, weekly or monthly. Once you hit the limit the casino blocks further deposits until the period resets. It is one of the most useful responsible-gambling tools available.

Why it matters: a limit forces a pause and keeps spending inside a budget you decided on calmly, not in the heat of a session. It works best when you set it before you start, so the cooling-off is built in rather than fought for later.

The practical catch is timing: most casinos apply a lowered limit straight away but delay an increase by a day or more to stop impulse changes. Set yours honestly. For more tools see the responsible gambling page.
