What is Win Cap?

A win cap is another name for max win: the most a slot or bonus can pay, often a multiple of the stake.

A win cap is another name for max win. It is the most a slot or a bonus can pay out, no matter how well a round goes. On slots it is usually written as a multiple of your stake, such as 5,000x, while on bonuses it is often a cash figure.

If you hit the cap, the game simply stops adding to your win there, even if the maths would otherwise pay more. On a bonus, any amount above the cap is removed before you withdraw, which can surprise players who do not expect it.

Checking the cap matters most on high volatility games and big bonus offers. See the bonuses explained guide for how these limits work.
